There is sufficient parking in the evening on St Paul's Health Centre car park, High Street, Runcorn, and behind the Post Office also on the High Steet.
The Brindley Theatre has a Sennheiser infra-red system. Headsets are available for those people who are hard of hearing and individual loop systems for people who use hearing aids. Please reserve your unit when making your booking to ensure that the equipment is suitable for you. Guide dogs are welcome in all areas of the building and a water bowl can be provided. Large print, audio tape and Braille versions of brochures are available on request. There are wheelchair parking spaces available on-site and eight wheelchair spaces in the venue. There is easy access to the front and rear of the building, with an automated front door. There are two lifts and all spaces are accessible for people as audience member, participant or staff. The box office, bar and coffee bar all have low level counters. There is a free non-motorised wheelchair available at the venue, please call 0151 907 8360 if you want to reserve this.
Cameras and recording devices are not allowed in the auditorium. Please refrain from bringing food and drink into the building.
