Over 16s only. For customers buying stalls tickets, please note that Stalls seating is not tiered and customers may stand during the performance. Standing will NOT be permitted in the Circle or Balcony, due to Health & Safety reasons. Patrons who therefore do not wish to stand during seated concerts need to book tickets in this area.

There is no onsite parking for City Hall, however there are numerous multi-storey and open car parks within easy walking distance.

There is restricted wheelchair access within the building, please contact the venue for further information. Infra-red system available.

No Cameras No Video or Audio recording devices. No backpacks. No cans/glass bottles. No Food.
