Parking is available on-site. On arrival at the NEC / Resorts World Arena Birmingham, please follow electronic directional signage to 'Arena Parking', which will lead you to the nearest available car park for your event, parking can be booked by following this link: Parking Options | Resorts World Arena Please note, parking is chargeable at this venue. All visitors with disabilities attending concerts are advised to call the Dedicated Ticket Line for disabled visitors on 0800 640 5001 when booking tickets. Lines are open from 9am to 7pm Monday - Friday and 9am-5pm Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays.

There is no minimum age of admittance. Children aged 14 years old and under are encouraged to purchase seated tickets. Any under 14s in the standing area must be accompanied by an adult.
