Doors open at 7:00 pm. Tickets can be purchased online up to the event start time. Once the event has started, if tickets are still available, they can be purchased at the venue box office. Please monitor the Venue Website for the latest health and safety guidelines as entry requirements are subject to change.
Doors at 7:00 pm | Show at 8:00 pm Bags larger than 10" x 10" are prohibited. Exceptions will be made for necessary medical equipment and bags for nursing mothers. Accessible Seating: Accessible seating is available online through Ticketmaster by filtering on the ADA Icon and selecting the Accessible Seats.

San Jose Civic has a convenient passenger loading zone located in front of our main entrance. The ADA-accessible ramp leads up to the main lobby. Designated parking is available on Market Street or at the San Jose McEnry Convention Center Garage. For ADA ticket availability please call our box office (408) 792-4111.

NO outside food/drink. NO glass or aluminum cans. Backpacks, large bags, video cameras, professional cameras, laser pointers, graffiti paraphernalia, or noisemakers of any kind, are PROHIBITED.

Our standard policy is that children ages 2+ years need tickets. For family shows, children ages 1+ need tickets. Family shows: Children 12 months and older must have their own ticket.
