Collect from the venue on the day of the show during box office opening hours. Take the credit card used to make the booking and Ticketmaster reference number with you. The cardholder will be required to sign for the tickets.
The nearest car parking to the Bristol Hippodrome is at the Millennium Square secured car park, two minutes' walk from the theatre. The car park is at the end of Canons Way, off Anchor Road and is open until 00:30.

For children's shows and pantomimes, children under two years old will be admitted free. No ticket purchase will be necessary as long as they sit on the lap of an accompanying adult. For other shows, children under two will not be admitted. Children aged two to fifteen may be admitted but will need to purchase a ticket, with any relevant discounts if available. In all cases, the management have the right to ask that particularly noisy children be removed from the auditorium.
