Refund Process: For all tickets booked online or by phone, the credit card used in the booking will automatically be refunded. Please allow up to 5 days to receive your refund. If you made your booking at a Ticketmaster outlet please return to the original outlet where the booking was made with your ticket(s) and credit card used to purchase in hand to obtain your refund. All Tickets are Mobile Ticket Only. Mobile Tickets are like Print-at-Home tickets but instead of having to print off the tickets yourself, you can just show the barcode on your mobile phone. On-Site: Parking is available under the SkyCity Theatre with lifts directly to the Theatre foyer. Casual parking rates apply. Other Options: For alternative parking, visit at.govt.nz.

Wheelchair Positions: Two wheelchair positions are available in row A, either side of the auditorium. Access is via Level 3 (flat floor access) with lifts from all levels to Level 3. Guide Dogs: Trained guide dogs are permitted. Please purchase tickets at the end of a row to avoid disturbing other patrons. Assistance: If you require assistance, make yourself known to the ushers.
