The Box Office is located inside the casino, in front of the theatre.The Box Office is closest to the casino entrance on the Glendale side of the complex.

- Open daily 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM
- Valid photo ID required for ticket pickup
- Can collect tickets up to 1 hour before event start time

There is plenty of free lot parking on site.

The Grand Sierra is wheelchair accessible.

Late arrivals will be seated at appropriate times only.
