Dave gained notoriety for having one of the craziest comedy shows in the country and has been honoured with numerous industry accolades including the PERFORMING ARTS AWARD FOR OUTSTANDING CONTRIBUTION TO THE COMEDY.
His first big break came at Dublin’s Olympia Theatre, where he was selected from hundreds of audition hopefuls. The show was a resounding success and the start of many stage and TV appearances throughout Europe.
While touring with his show he also appears on TV programmes “The Late Late Show”, “The Saturday Night Show”, “The Miriam Show” and "TV3 Breakfast Show" with parts in the movies “The Commitments”, “The Van”, “The Snapper”, “Brave heart”, “Michael Collins” and "When Harvey Met Bob".
