The Boptet consists of world class musicians (Brandon Lee on trumpet, Donald Vega on piano, Ricardo Rodriguez on bass, David Alvarez on drums) led by saxophonist, bandleader, and educator David DeJesus. The Boptet will be performing selections from their brand new record - Lovebird - featuring new arrangements of Charlie Parkers music and original compositions inspired by the great Charlie Parker.
