The customer must have the confirmation # and a photo ID to pick up tickets. Ticketmaster will call may be picked up at any time the box office is open. Signs will be posted in almost all box office windows designating TicketMaster phone Will-Call.

Low-backed lawn chairs and non-professional cameras are generally permitted, subject to the rules of specific events.
