By use of this ticket, ticket-holder agrees: 1) To release the Village of Pleasantville from all liability, claims or causes of action for injuries or damages arising out of attendance at this event. 2)To allow event photos or video in which the ticket holder may appear to be broadcast and/used in future advertising materials. 3) Management reserves the right, without refund of any portion of the ticket price, to refuse admission to or eject any person whose conduct is deemed to be disorderly, who uses vulgar or abusive language or fails to comply with any rules. 4) Guests and their property are subject to security inspection. 5) No alcoholic beverages may be brought into the festival. 6) Coolers, bags, containers, backpacks, and similar items brought to the festival will be inspected. 7) Audio and/or Video recordings of performances is prohibited. 8) Tickets are non-refundable, this is a rain or shine outdoor event. 9) Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be lost, stolen, or counterfeit, and if so are void. 10) Festival Line-Up and Schedule subject to change without notice. 11) No smoking or vaping, no pets (other than certified service animals), no firearms, no drones, and no motor vehicles permitted on the field.
