- Site hours are 8:30am -- 7pm ET on Saturdays and 8:30am -- 6pm ET on Sundays - Important Travel Note: Guests traveling from Central Tennessee or Alabama will be crossing into the Eastern Time Zone. Please allow an additional hour when planning your travel - Due to the historic nature of our railcars, they are not wheelchair accessible. Guests requiring special assistance should purchase tickets in Car #3 and will pre-load at the Grand Junction Station ramp - Children under the age of 1 do not require a ticket but must sit on the lap of a parent/guardian - Special offers are not applicable on all train times - Event takes place rain or shine - Tickets are valid only for the date, time, and specific car printed on the ticket. All times listed are Eastern Time - Please arrive at least one hour prior to departure; trains depart on time - Alcoholic beverages are prohibited - No outside food or beverages are allowed on the train - All railcars are enclosed and climate controlled - All sales are final; no refunds
