Unfortunately, the Event Organizer has had to cancel your event. You don't need to do a thing. We'll issue a refund to the [original method of payment](https://help.ticketmaster.com/hc/en-us/articles/9614074869009) used at time of purchase, as soon as funds are received from the Event Organizer. It should appear on your account within 14-21 days. Please Note: If the tickets were transferred to you, the refund will go to the fan who originally purchased the tickets from Ticketmaster. Audi Field does not own or operate any parking. Third party parking lots are available around the venue.

Yes, there is handicap accessible seating.

- No outside food or beverages
- Clear bag policy enforced
- No weapons
- No professional camera equipment
- No smoking inside venue

2 and under do not need a ticket if they are sitting on a parent/guardian’s lap.
