Service Hours: All sales prior to ISF Box opening date will only be available online through www.Ticketmaster.com or via Ticketmaster Mobile App. ISF Box Office generally opens June 1 for in-person/phone sales - Monday - Friday 8am-5pm (call ahead for exact opening date). During the actual fair dates, box office will be open all fair dates 8am-9pm. Please call 217-782-1979 or 217-782-6661 for any additional inquiries. Will Call: If tickets are to be picked up at Will Call, they can be picked up at the Grandstand Box office through the day before the event. Day of event, tickets will be available for pickup at the Multi-Purpose Arena (MPA), site of the event, beginning 2 hours prior to start time.

Accessible tickets are available through both Ticketmaster and IL State Fair box office. Only one companion seat per accessible seat may be purchased. Please call box office 217-782-1979 for any questions. Request for sign language interpreters must be submitted to Box Office by July 15th.
