The Lake Charles Event Center is a clear bag facility. All bags and purses must be clear and no larger than 12 inchesx12inches x6 inches. We are a cashless facility. Credit/Debit ONLY. NOTE OUR NO RE-ENTRY POLICY: Once your ticket has been scanned, you will not be allowed to re-enter if you exit. If you will require any medications during the show, please ensure that you bring them in with you.

Tickets held for Will Call may be picked up as early as 90 minutes prior to show at the front of the building or second floor by elevator. The customermust have actual credit card, picture ID, and confirmation number.

Parking is located on the North and South ends of the building. There is no parking charge.

There are no age restrictions. Children 1 & under free if on parents lap.
