Adults & children, ages 2 and up, must have both a Character Experience ticket and a Disney On Ice show ticket to attend the Character Experience. All surface parking lots are free. To park in a garage will cost an hourly fee.

For most events children age 2 and older must have a ticket. Some children's shows require children age 1 and older to purchase a ticket. Check the specific event for more information.
