Children under 2 are free if they sit on a parent s lap. All children 2 and older must purchase a ticket. Under 14 year olds MUST be accompanied by an adult aged 18yrs + with a valid ticket, into the venue. (i.e. 14yrs and over can come into the building on their own with a valid ticket). A maximum of 9 tickets per person and per household applies. Tickets in excess of 9 will be cancelled.

If you are collecting tickets for the show, our venue box office will be open no later than 1 hour before doors. The box office is located to the left of the main entrance, just past the fd bar. Please allow yourself plenty of time to collect your tickets and to get into the venue, as there may be queues. Please take the credit card you booked with along with your Ticketmaster booking reference to collect your tickets. The box office will be open a minimum of 1 hour before doors open on the day of the show. Venue are happy for customers to collect in advance of show day as long as they are not duplicate tickets being collected.

There are over 7,500 car parking spaces within a 15 minute walk of the arena. The arena doesn't have its own car park however there are lots of options nearby. Q-Park offers first direct arena visitors exclusive discounted parking at a number of car parks within the city. Woodhouse Lane Car Park, located on Woodhouse Lane, offers 1272 spaces and easy access to the ring road at the end of the show. Merrion Centre Car Park, located on Merrion Way is adjacent to the Arena. It is our closest car park however visitors may experience delays leaving this location due to traffic restrictions on Merrion Way. None of the above car parks are operated by the arena so for questions, queries or comments we direct you to the above websites.

No backpacks, holdalls, suitcases will be admitted into the venue. For the avoidance of doubt any bag with two shoulder straps that can be worn on the back will be classed as a backpack. This includes ladies handbags. You are permitted to bring small bags or handbags no larger than 35cm x 40cm x 19cm. All remaining bags will be searched. Patrons will be refused entry if they attempt to enter the venue with the prohibited item. Patrons with accessible and medical requirements/equipment will be considered on an individual basis but encouraged to contact the venue in advance for ease of entry. There will be no temporary storage facilities for such items within the venue and it will be left to the patron to find a safe temporary facility to hold the item. The venue will not be responsible for late admission or non-admission as a result of this policy. Smoking areas are located on Level 2 of the Arena, at either ends of the concourses away from the main stairs. Unfortunately for Health and Safety reasons, there will not be an opportunity for the general public to leave and re-enter the venue. A strict policy of no re-admission to the venue will be enforced. Electronic cigarettes are not permitted for use inside, due to the sophistication of these devices, it is increasingly difficult to identify guests in the auditorium smoking compared to those smoking electronic cigarettes. To assist with this, guests who wish to use these devices are requested to use the external smoking areas. Public safety continues to be the venue’s priority. They are doing all they can to keep you safe at the venue. Please remember they do not permit backpacks or large bags and you will be screened upon arrival.

There are no age restrictions to any shows, unless requested by the visiting artist, however we request that no children under 14 come unaccompanied and we also advise that no under 14s go on the floor for standing floor shows. Please be aware that during concerts people may stand up.
