As part of the overall cost of your booking The Resorts World Arena have introduced a £2.50 per ticket renovation levy to help maintain and improve the facilities for customers, artists and promoters. Under 14’s must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. Kids UNDER 2 are free if they sit on a parent's lap. All Kids 2 and older must purchase a ticket. A max of 10 tickets per person and per household applies. Tickets in excess of 10 will be cancelled.

Collect on the night from the Box Office. Take the credit card and Ticketmaster reference number.

Parking is available on-site. On arrival at the NEC / Resorts World Arena Birmingham, please follow electronic directional signage to 'Arena Parking', which will lead you to the nearest available car park for your event, parking can be booked by following this link: Parking Options | Resorts World Arena Please note, parking is chargeable at this venue. All visitors with disabilities attending concerts are advised to call the Dedicated Ticket Line for disabled visitors on 0800 640 5001 when booking tickets. Lines are open from 9am to 7pm Monday - Friday and 9am-5pm Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays.

No video cameras or recording devices allowed.

There is no minimum age of admittance. Children aged 14 years old and under are encouraged to purchase seated tickets. Any under 14s in the standing area must be accompanied by an adult.
