Tickets held at Will Call can be picked up at the box office during regular business hours as well as event days. The box office is located on the corner of South Main and Elm Streets. Customer must present the credit card used for the purchase, a photo ID, and confirmation number.

Restrictions on the use of still and video cameras vary by event. The event producer determines this policy. Guests should contact the Ticket Office at (815) 968-5222 for the policy prior to the event for all touring shows. Cameras are permitted at Rockford IceHogs games. Professional cameras are prohibited at all BMO Center events unless accompanied by appropriate media credentials. Cameras with lenses that are 3 or more inches in length are NOT allowed. Video cameras and audio recorders are also prohibited in the BMO Center unless specifically approved. All media should contact the BMO Center Marketing Department at (815)847-6380 for appropriate media credentials.

For most events, all children who have reached their second birthday require a ticket. Any child who has yet to reach their second birthday does not require a ticket, however, they may not occupy their own seat. Please note, that for certain children's events the policy may be all children who have reached their first birthday require a ticket.
