All guests age 2 & older are required to have a ticket. No costumes for guests 14 & older. Character Experiences Available. Access to a private event with interactive time and photo opportunities. Adults & children, ages 2 and up, must have both a Character Experience ticket and a Disney On Ice show ticket to attend the Character Experience. Children must be accompanied by an adult. (318) 747-2501 The daily (non-event) box office is located on the floor level across from parking lots A and B on the north side of the arena. The event box office is located on the plaza level at the top of the stairs and disabled ramp, on the west side of the arena.

There are 4,000 public parking spaces available.

Brookshire Grocery Arena guests are advised to arrive early and only bring necessary items to the event to expedite screenings. All patrons will be required to enter a security checkpoint for bag check and metal detection prior to entry. Patrons will be limited to small bags maximum 6 inches x 9 inches or smaller. Small Medical bags or diaper bags will be permitted, as well as clear bags bigger than 6 inches X 9 inches All bags will be searched and no backpacks are allowed. There will also be an entrance that will provide faster entry for patrons with no bags. Please note that the following items are prohibited from being brought in to this event: Bags larger than 6 inches x 9 inches, Video Cameras or Recording Devices, Backpacks, Laser Pointers or Noise Makers, Weapons of any kind, Alcoholic Beverages, Illegal Drugs or Paraphernalia, Selfie Sticks, Lap Top Computers or Tablets, Coolers, Luggage of any kind or Camera Bags. Other items may be prohibited. * NO re entry.
