To enhance public safety and expedite entry, TCC has a CLEAR BAG POLICY. Clear bags no larger than 14 x 16, clutch/wallet no larger than 8 x 5 will be allowed in the venue. - All guests age 2 & older are required to have a ticket. - No costumes for guests 14 & older. - Character Experiences Available. Access to a private event with interactive time and photo opportunities. Adults & children, ages 2 and up, must have both a Character Experience ticket and a Disney On Ice show ticket to attend the Character Experience. - Tickets must be claimed 30 minutes before event begins

Parking available on both East and West sides of Arena.

Accessible Seating available either on main floor or at the top of the arena, depending on event.

No cameras or recording devices. No smoking. Please turn off all cell phones.

In emergencies, parents can leave name and seat location with administrative office.
