Will Call tickets are available to be picked up at the Canada Life Centre Box Office located inside Gate 1 (Portage Avenue and Donald Street) starting 2 hours prior to each event. Guests are required to present photo identification that matches the name on the ticket order/transfer.

There are over 13,000 parking spaces in surface lots and parking structures within a 10-minute walk of Canada Life Centre. True North Square, Portage Place, City Place Lot 1, Millennium Library and Winnipeg Square lots are all connected to the downtown walkway system and are covered and/or heated. Children two years and older must have a ticket in order to gain entrance to Canada Life Centre.
