Will Call orders are available for pick up at the box office 24 hours after purchase or anytime day of event. Customers must present the actual credit card used to place the order, a photo I.D., and the order number. Only persons whose name is on the account can pick up tickets (the person who purchased the tickets). An alternate pick up name may be placed on the account by contacting Ticketmaster at 1-800-653-8000. Tickets will only be issued to the person in whose name the tickets were purchased or the alternate pick-up name. Tickets remaining at will call after the event starts, will not be resold. Refunds will not be given for tickets not picked up. Will Call available when Box Office opens on day of event.
On site, patrolled, and well-lit parking is available. Accessible parking is available with appropriate placards. Parking is free for most events.
Accessible seating is available through Ticketmaster or in person at Hampton Coliseum Box Office. Sign language interpreters are available for most shows. Requests must be made to the box office a minimum of three weeks before the show.
Audio and Video Recorders are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted in the building. Laser lights are not allowed. No weapons allowed. No outside food, beverages, coolers, or bottles permitted inside the building. Still photography is sometimes permitted. Contact the box office for the camera policy pertaining to a specific event. Alcohol is sold at appropriate events only. Only those persons 21 years of age and older, with proper I.D. will be served. Please drink responsibly. All patrons are subject to search.
Children 2 and up must have a ticket for most events. Children under 2 may sit on a parents lap without a ticket. (subject to change) most children's shows require those that have reached their second birthday to purchase a ticket.
