Will Call tickets can be picked up no earlier that 2 hours prior to the performance at the Box Office Will Call window. Customer must present the actual credit card used for the order, a valid picture ID, and the confirmation number. Customer must sign for tickets. Tickets will only be given to cardholder, no alternate persons picking up tickets will be allowed.
Parking is located on the west and north sides of the facility for a fee.
Accessible seating is located on both the Lower Bowl and Upper Bowl. The arena has elevators and/or escalators to reach all levels. Assistive Listening Devices are available at the Guest Services area on the South side of the Arena Main Concourse. Customer must leave a driver s license or credit card that will be held until device is returned. 1 Accessible/1 Companion allowed at this venue.
Bag Policy: Our arena has a Clear Bag Policy. Only clear, uncolored plastic tote-bags will be permitted into the facility. Or guests may carry one opaque clutch-sized purse or wallet, not exceeding 4.5 inches tall by 6.5 inches long. Bags that do not meet these guidelines must be discarded or returned to a vehicle. CHI Health Center staff members are not permitted to hold or store bags on the premises. Cameras and recording devices are not allowed in the facility, but may vary on an event by event basis.
