Under 14s must be accompanied by an adult over 18 and seated. A max of 8 tickets per person and per household applies. Tickets in excess of 8 will be cancelled. All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges under any circumstances. The promoter reserves the right to terminate this agreement with or without cause and without penalty. All packages and package contents are non-transferable; some exceptions may apply. All VIP merchandise will be distributed at the show; some exceptions may apply. VIP merchandise is not required for venue entry. Separate VIP Entrance may not be available in all markets due to restrictions. All VIP programs and times may vary market-by-market and are subject to modification at any time for any reason. Commemorative VIP laminates are for commemorative purposes only. The VIP laminate does not gain or authorize access into the venue, VIP or any backstage areas.

All visitors with disabilities attending concerts are advised to call the Dedicated Ticket Line for disabled visitors on 0800 640 5001 when booking tickets. Lines are open from 9am to 7pm Monday - Friday and 9am-5pm Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays.

There is no minimum age of admittance. Children aged 14 years old and under are encouraged to purchase seated tickets. Any under 14s in the standing area must be accompanied by an adult.
