Disney's Beauty and the Beast is recommended for ages 6 and up. Please note that all guests, regardless of age, require a ticket. Run Time: 2hrs & 30min. All Balcony seats require stairs. Show warnings: strobe lighting, loud noises, flashing lights, low fog, atmospheric haze, confetti, streamers, smoke, etc. All tickets will be delivered via mobile, and will be made available approximately 2 weeks after the public on sale. Any orders above the ticket limit will be canceled. The Civic Theatre is a cashless venue. This applies to all ticket sales, food & beverage purchases, and binocular rentals. No Cameras or Recording allowed. Any re-prints/ re-issued barcodes for tickets not downloaded prior to arriving at the venue will incur a $5 Green Fee. Please arrive at least 45 minutes prior to event time. Please only bring essential items with you. Only bags that are 12"x12" or smaller are permitted. Park in the Evan V. Jones Concourse Parkade, located adjacent to the Civic Theatre. Advance parking passes available for most events at time of ticket purchase. Public Parking is also available throughout the area for various rates.
Accessible, Wheelchair & Companion seating available in Orchestra, Dress Circle & Mezzanine levels. Swing-out arm aisle Transfer seats available in Orchestra level for mobility impaired patrons. Assisted Listening Devices available in Lobby for each performance on first-come, first-serve basis. Select performances may offer ASL or Audio-described services.
No cameras, video or audio recording. Please be considerate to other patrons & refrain from cell phone use during shows. Late seating only at appropriate break. No outside food or beverages allowed
