Unfortunately, the Event Organizer has had to cancel your event. You don't need to do a thing. We'll issue a refund to the original method of payment used at time of purchase, as soon as funds are received from the Event Organizer. It should appear on your account within 14-21 days. Please Note: If the tickets were transferred to you, the refund will go to the fan who originally purchased the tickets from Ticketmaster. Please see our Purchase Policy for more information.

Will Call is available at the box office 1-2 hours prior to door time. Valid photo ID of account holder is required to pick up tickets. For additional inquiries, contact the box office at 951-779-9800.

Parking is available in a number of nearby City of Riverside lots and garages, as well as metered street parking. For additional parking inquiries, please visit https://riversideca.gov/parking/downtown-parking.

For reserved seated events, accessible seating is available online and at the box office. For general admission events, please purchase a General Admission ticket and notify a Guest Services representative of accommodations needed upon entry. Accommodations are subject to availability. Smoking only allowed in designated smoking areas. Restricted Items: (Keep in mind priority number 1 is to HAVE FUN! Just please do it without the items listed below) No guns, knives, weapons, pepper spray, projectiles of any kind, or any other item that could be used to inflict harm. Replicas of any type of weapon are NOT permitted. No drugs, drug paraphernalia or illegal substances of any kind. No outside food or drinks. No personal video cameras, Go-Pros, selfie sticks, drones, masks or laser pointers. No professional audio, video, or audio recording equipment - (including detachable lenses, tripods, zooms or commercial use rigs). No unsealed liquids or gels of any kind. No jewelry or clothing that could inflict harm. No large bags over (10 x 10), backpacks, Camelbacks or Bota bags. No stuffed animals or toys of any kind. This list of prohibited items is subject to change at the discretion of venue management.
