The Box Office is located on the southeast side of Rogers Place in Ford Hall. If picking up tickets, please arrive at box office early on the day of the event to avoid delays. Customers must present the actual credit card used to place the order and government issued photo ID.
There are more than 11,800 parking spots within a 10 minute walk of Rogers Place.
Accessible platform seating is available on various levels of the arena, depending on the type of event and building configuration. All Executive Suites, Theatre Boxes, and select Loge Tables are fully accessible. Adjacent companion seating may also be purchased, based on availability. All seats for guests with limited mobility have been selected to allow convenient entry and exit. When purchasing your tickets, please inform your ticket seller of any special needs that require accommodation. Please note: floor seats are not wheelchair accessible unless otherwise noted.
Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed in Rogers Place. Outside food and beverages must be disposed of before passing through the security checkpoints located at the gates. However, soft-sided, empty water bottles can be brought into the arena. Cameras, video equipment, and umbrellas are not permitted. Purses or bags must be a maximum of 12 inches x 12 inches x 6 inches. Anything larger will be refused at the gates. Guests with emergencies will be assisted by the Rogers Place Fan Experience Team on a case-by-case basis. ROGERS PLACE ALCOHOL POLICIES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE ON AN EVENT-BY-EVENT BASIS.
Children under 24 months of age do not require a ticket if they are able to sit on the ticket holder's lap and do not obstruct the view or comfort of other guests. Children aged 24 month and older do require a ticket. This is subject to change on an event by event basis.
