Ticket Options
Early bird prices available until 26 December 2025.

Entry Ticket – Full evening access, including entertainment, ballroom atmosphere, and roaming performances. 
VIP Experience – Limited to 100 tickets. Includes early access to the Lovers’ Courtyard market, fast-track entry, a prosecco reception, VIP chill-out area with table service, increased access to roaming performers, and a deluxe party favour. 

Dress Code

Masks are required for entry into the ballroom. 
Elegant, theatrical, or fairytale-inspired attire is encouraged.

18+ only. Valid photo ID may be required.

A masquerade mask is required for entry into the ballroom. 
Masks may be removed only in the bar area or outside the ballroom. 
Masks may be ordered alongside tickets for £15.

This is an 18+ event. Valid photo ID may be required. 


Behaviour & Safety 


Guests must behave responsibly. 
Alcohol service may be slowed or refused if intoxication is suspected. 
Disruptive behaviour may result in removal without refund.

Photography & Media 


Professional photography and videography may take place. 
By attending, you consent to promotional use unless you inform staff on arrival. 


Tickets & Entry 


Tickets are non-refundable except in the event of cancellation. 
Late entry may be restricted during key performance moments. 
Re-entry is at the discretion of the venue.
