Will Call may be picked up during regular box office hours or day of show prior to start time. Must have photo ID, confirmation number, and the credit card used to purchase the tickets.

There is a charge parking for most events. Price varies based on the event. Parking can be purchased in advance on the Park mobile website or app. No cash will be accepted in the parking lot. Any parking purchased on site will require a credit card or mobile pay.

There is an accessible entrance on ground level at the south end of the building. There is an elevator right inside this entrance that will take you to the concourse area. Our main entrance at the northeast end of the building is also accesible with an elevator and escalator.

Smoking is prohibited in the arena, there are designated smoking areas to accommodate all patrons. No weapons or firearms, or outside food and beverages are allowed. Please see our website for our complete list of prohibited items and our clear bag policy. All patrons and items visiting the Stormont Vail Events Center are subject to search.
