For easiest retrieval of your ticket, download the TicketMaster app or save your ticket to your mobile wallet for scanning at the theater. You can also log into your account on your smartphone on the day of the event and click the link to your ticket from the email you received. Those without a smartphone or are otherwise technologically challenged should edit the delivery method and select "will call". DO NOT TAKE A PICTURE, SCREEN SHOT OR PRINT YOUR TICKET! Tickets must be presented on your phone for scanning.
