Customers can pick up Will Call tickets one (1) hour prior to the show. Customers must present the actual credit card used to place the order and a photo I.D. Will Call is located inside the theater lobby.

Parking is available in The Oncenter Parking Garage at 800 South State Street, Syracuse, NY 13202. Event parking varies from $8.00 to $12.00 depending on the event.
