Opening Hours : On event day, the box offices at Forsyth Barr Stadium open at least 30 minutes before gates open, but times vary for each event. For exact times please refer to box office opening hours under the event details.

Fees for Primary Tickets: The following fees apply to primary tickets sold on behalf of the event organiser: An Infrastructure Charge of up to 1.95% applies to tickets purchased online or via our contact centre only as a fee for providing our contact centre and ticketing platform. This will be added to the price of tickets displayed on our event page. A Handling Fee of $8.65 per transaction applies. A delivery fee may apply depending on the mode of delivery selected. A $2.15 Booking Fee per ticket applies if purchasing tickets from an outlet or the venue Box Office. Fees for Resale Tickets: Resale Tickets, sold by fans and verified by Ticketmaster, may be available for this event. A Resale Seller Fee of no more than 5% of the resale ticket price and a handling Fee of $8.00 per transaction apply to purchases of Resale Tickets.

Limited car parking is available in the area surrounding Forsyth Barr Stadium. There is a walkway linking the wharf area near the Ward St overpass to Forsyth Barr Stadium. There is free car parking around this area. Parking at the Stadium in the East End car park is only for Forsyth Barr Stadium Members with permits. There are seven marked mobility car parks in the East end car park between gates E & F, which are available on a first in, first served basis. For some events, more mobility parks may be made available. A mobility pass must be visible within the vehicle and all car park regulations must be adhered to.

Wheelchair spaces are available in the Speight's and the North stands - each with an allocated companion seat - and must be booked through Ticketmaster. To purchase wheelchair spaces please contact the Ticketmaster Contact Centre on 09 970 9711 or visit www.ticketmaster.co.nz/help. There are seven marked mobility car parks in the East end car park between gates E & F, which are available on a first in, first served basis. Dunedin Venues will be in touch regarding your items. Food & Beverage: Forsyth Barr Stadium offers a range of traditional food & beverage options, plus healthy alternatives sold in retail outlets throughout the venue. Smoking: Forsyth Barr Stadium is a smoke-free venue. Smoking is only permitted in dedicated outdoor smoking areas. If you suffer from vertigo or have issues with heights, please avoid booking tickets in the Upper North Stand as this area is quite steep.
