Unfortunately, the Event Organizer has had to cancel your event. You don't need to do a thing. We'll issue a refund to the original method of payment used at time of purchase, as soon as funds are received from the Event Organizer. It should appear on your account within 14-21 days. Please Note: If the tickets were transferred to you, the refund will go to the fan who originally purchased the tickets from Ticketmaster. Please see our Purchase Policy for more information.

Join Gabby as she unboxes a brand new surprise every episode, shares her excitement with her best stuffed animal pal, Pandy Paws, and takes everyone on the next great adventure. Gabby's Dollhoue is the ultimate pre-school play experience bringing together kids' love of unboxing videos, cats, miniatures and dollhouse play. Set in a fantastical dollhouse with mini worlds and a host of feline friends, Gabby and Pandy Paws take on everyday adventures in an out-of-this-world place. A global preschool sensation from DreamWorks Animation, Gabby's Dollhouse is an activity-based series that celebrates imaginative play with fun surprises and learnings along the way! There is a delivery delay in place until March 10th, 2026. Digital tickets will be available 24 hours prior to the event.

Free parking is available for most night and weekend performances at the State Street garage located behind the theater, as well as the nearby Locust Street and Market Square garages. Additional parking lots and on-street parking are located nearby. For performances during regular business hours, parking is available in all of these areas for a fee. Parking fees vary from lot to lot. Please allow ample time to park.

Venue has ADA seating in various locations. Please call venue BOX office for these. Venue has Elevators, and ADA Facilities, ADA Parking, ADA ramps and Entrance. For more info call 865-684-1200.

Cameras, camera phones, audio, video and digital recorders, paging devices, and cell phones may not be permitted in the theatres based on the artists' policies. Guests using prohibited items may be ejected without refund.
