We will make reasonable efforts to notify attendees of significant changes, but no refunds will be issued for changes outside our control. LIABILITY AND SAFETY: Attendees assume all risks associated with attending this event. The organizers are not responsible for any injury, illness, loss, theft, or damage to personal property. Please look after your belongings and drink responsibly. CODE OF CONDUCT: We reserve the right to remove any person from the event without refund for engaging in harassment, disruptive, or unsafe behavior. PHOTOGRAPHY AND MEDIA CONSENT: While personal photography and filming are not permitted, official event photographers or videographers may capture content. By attending, you consent to being recorded and understand such media may be used for promotional purposes. FORCE MAJEURE: In the event of circumstances beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, government restrictions, power outages, natural disasters), we reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or alter the event without liability. Refunds will only be provided at our sole discretion. Please check in at the lobby, then take the guest elevator to the 38th floor, where the Aera host team will guide you to the rooftop patio on the 39th floor.The venue is easily accessible by the King and Spadina streetcar routes. The nearest subway stations are St. Andrew and Union.There is No Dress Code but due to Open Aeras tiled floor, flat-soled shoes are strongly recommended.PLEASE NOTE - There is a delivery delay on all ticket purchases.
