Unfortunately, the Event Organizer has had to cancel your event. You don't need to do a thing. We'll issue a refund to the original method of payment used at time of purchase, as soon as funds are received from the Event Organizer. It should appear on your account within 14-21 days. Please Note: If the tickets were transferred to you, the refund will go to the fan who originally purchased the tickets from Ticketmaster. Please see our Purchase Policy for more information.

This is an accessible venue. Accessible Entrance is located on 19th St. North & 9th Ave. Patrons who purchased 10L, 9L, 8L, or 7L row 1 ADA seats need to enter at the Arena Club. **Customers needing more than 1 companion seat should call 205.458.8400 Mon-Fri 9am-4pm for options.

There are no laser pointers, weapons, glass containers, cans, chains, food or beverage, cameras, audio or video recorders permitted. This is a Smoke Free Facility - smoking allowed in designated areas only. The arena reserves the right to search all guests entering the arena and to refuse entry at the discretion of management.
