Unfortunately, the Event Organizer has had to cancel your event. You don't need to do a thing. We'll issue a refund to the original method of payment used at time of purchase, as soon as funds are received from the Event Organizer. It should appear on your account within 14-21 days. Please Note: If the tickets were transferred to you, the refund will go to the fan who originally purchased the tickets from Ticketmaster. Please see our Purchase Policy for more information.

Will call tickets are available for pick up during box office hours as well as prior to show. Customers must have a photo ID and order number for confirmation.

Street and ramp parking is available in the surrounding blocks. Prices for parking will vary depending on where you choose to park.

Professional cameras and audio/video recording devices are not allowed into the facility. No outside food or beverages. Smoking is not permitted. Firearms, weapons, and other dangerous devices are also prohibited. See website for a complete list of rules.

For most shows, children 2 and under are free, but can vary, depending on the event. Please check with the Five Flags Box Office if you have any questions regarding the event.
