Giselle

« Giselle » représente l’apothéose du ballet romantique,

Créé en 1841, son succès fut immédiat. Ce ballet aborde

les thèmes du romantisme : amour pastoral, tragédie,

monde fantastique et rédemption par l’amour. Le rôletitre

est l’un des plus difficiles du répertoire, demandant

technique et expression dramatique. Ce chef-d’oeuvre du

ballet classique est interprété par le Grand Ballet de Kiev.
