Unfortunately, the Event Organizer has had to cancel your event. You don't need to do a thing. We'll issue a refund to the [original method of payment](https://help.ticketmaster.com/hc/en-us/articles/9614074869009) used at time of purchase, as soon as funds are received from the Event Organizer. It should appear on your account within 14-21 days. Please Note: If the tickets were transferred to you, the refund will go to the fan who originally purchased the tickets from Ticketmaster. Fast Lane passes allow fans to skip the general lines and get into the venue with less hassle. You can add Fast Lane passes as an Event Extra when purchasing your event tickets. Each person with a Fast Lane pass must have a ticket to the event. When you arrive, look for the Fast Lane entry at the venue and show your ticket along with the Fast Lane pass. If you're going with a group, each person needs their own event ticket and Fast Lane pass.
