Event is Rain/Shine Ticket prices subject to price fluctuations. No Refunds on tickets. No Re-entry. Re-sale of Free/Donated/Promotional tickets is strictly prohibited by Global Citizen. Tickets are subject to void if found to be posted for unlawful sale. Must have a Ticketmaster mobile ticket on phone. Tickets won via Draw, The winning code/email not enough to enter. Small, clear platic, vinyl or PVC bages no larger than 12x12x6 or non-clear clutch/purse/fanny pack no larger than 4.5x6.5 are allowed. no other bags are allowed. Gates open at 2pm. Music starts at 4pm. Gates close at 8pm/No entry allowed after 8pm. All net donations made on Ticketmaster will give back to New York City. Funds raised will go to City Parks Foundation to support their youth education programming and parks initiatives across all five boroughs, as well as to organizations helping those experiencing homelessness across the city. donations@globalcitizen.org

ADA access: Global Citizen Festival provides designated accommodation and accessible seating in our designated ADA section. Due to limited accessible seating, the Festival reserves the right to limit one (1) companion to sit adjacent to the guest requiring accommodation. Be advised - due to the location of the designated ADA seating area, attendees in this section will not have access to VIP viewing areas or amenities. Priority seating, however, will be given to VIP ticket holders in the designated ADA section. Capacity in our ADA section is limited and requires prior approval to access.
