No refunds. No Exchanges. No Exceptions. Wolstein Center is a non smoking facility. Lighters and matches are not allowed into Venue. Purses and Backpacks are not allowed. 16 years & younger must be accompanied by an Adult with a purchased ticket.

Tickets may be picked up on the day of the event starting 2 hours prior to the start time of the event. The customer must have the actual credit card, picture I.D. and confirmation number.

9000 parking spaces are available within a 4 block radius of the facility. These spaces are located between E. 18th & 21st, Prospect & Carnegie Avenues.

Cameras are not permitted unless otherwise specified. Recording devices are not permitted.

All children age 3 and older are required to have a ticket purchased to enter the event
