Ticket & Conduct Policies:
Children 5 and under (who can sit on a guardian's lap) admitted for free.
Children ages 6-12 can get 10% off any tickets with code KIDDOS. These tickets must be checked out separately from undiscounted tickets.
Disabled or injured people who require seating to attend, as well as anyone they need to assist them, can get 20% off Seated Admission with code ACCESS. These tickets must be checked out separately from undiscounted tickets.
Tickets are non-refundable.
We have a zero-tolerance policy for sexual, physical, verbal and/or any other kind of harassment towards skaters, officials, volunteers, and fans. Violation of this policy will result in immediate removal from the venue.
Violation of discount code guidelines will also result in removal from the venue.
