Tickets held for Will Call may be picked up at Box Office and opens 90 minutes prior to show. Customer must present credit card used for the purchase, photo I.D., and Ticketmaster account confirmation number.

There is a no re-entry policy for the Donald L. Tucker Civic Center.

For most events, children 0-23 months are free unless otherwise noted. If a child has celebrated their 2nd birthday, they must have a ticket to enter. Children’s ticket policy may vary on some events.
