Tickets can be picked up no earlier that three hours before the event. Patron must have a photo ID, the actual credit card, and confirmation number.
On site parking is located to the west of the venue and in the ramp across the street. Advance guaranteed premium parking is available through Ticketmaster for most events except Mallards Hockey.
