Babies in arms (ages 0-2) are not admitted into the auditorium. All persons aged 14 and under must have a valid ticket and be accompanied by an adult over 18. Please note that Stalls seating is not tiered and customers may stand during the performance.

There is no onsite parking for City Hall, however there are numerous multi-storey and open car parks within easy walking distance.
