The venue box office will open 30 minutes prior to doors opening. Customer must present actual credit card, order number and photo ID.

Parking is free on downtown streets and parking garages after 6 PM Monday to Saturday and free all day Sunday. Metered parking is otherwise available. Accessible Parking is available in front of Missouri Theater (2 spots). Other accessible spots can be found on various streets and in parking garages.

Most shows are all ages. Not all concerts may be suitable for the very young. No play area is provided for small children.
