Tickets held for pickup will be available starting 48 hours after the phone order if purchased well in advance. Tickets ordered on the day of the concert will be available one hour prior to show. Customer must present the credit card used to place the order. If the person picking up the tickets is unable to present the card, the box office will accept a signed pencil rubbing of the credit card.
