Unfortunately, the Event Organizer has had to cancel your event. You don't need to do a thing. We'll issue a refund to the original method of payment used at time of purchase, as soon as funds are received from the Event Organizer. It should appear on your account within 14-21 days. Please Note: If the tickets were transferred to you, the refund will go to the fan who originally purchased the tickets from Ticketmaster. Please see our Purchase Policy for more information.

Pullo Center does have accessible seating. Both Front and rear entrance are accessible.
THE FOLLOWING POLICIES ARE IN ARE IN EFFECT FOR ALL PERFORMANCES: Plain bottled water ONLY is allowed in the theatre. Theatre staff may request bag check as well as removal of banned items. Every guest one year or older must have a ticket for admission. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds, no exchanges. Audio and visual recording devices of any kind are not permitted in the theatre. All cell phones, PDA's, or other electronic devices must be turned OFF during the performance. All artists, programs, dates, and times are subject to change. The Pullo Center is a smoke-free environment. Accessible seating is available upon request at time of ticket purchase. THE PULLO CENTER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REMOVE GUESTS FROM THE THEATRE FOR ANY NON-ADHERENCE TO THE ABOVE STATED POLICIES.
