Accessible Seating & Companion Card Holder: Accessible seating can be purchased online. Bookings including a Companion Card ticket can only be collected from the Box Office. The Companion Card must be presented upon collection. Children's Policy: Persons under 18 must be accompanied by a ticket-holding parent or legal guardian at all times. Children under the age of 12 are admitted free of charge in the General Admission area only and do not require a ticket.

No hard coolers, eskis, cooler bags larger than cabin size 26L. No Beanbags, blow-up air chairs or lounges. Upon approach to the winery, turn left into Para Road, follow the signs to Steltzer Road - turn right and follow the signs to the on site car park and main Patron Entrance on the right. There is ample secure car parking on site for a gold coin donation. Please note- no vehicle access is permitted via Para Road entrance. Parking is not permitted on Para Road. Car park opens two hours prior to event ‘gates open’.
