San Jose Civic has a convenient passenger loading zone located in front of our main entrance. The ADA-accessible ramp leads up to the main lobby. Our standard policy is that children ages 2+ years need tickets. For family shows, children ages 1+ need tickets. Family shows: Children 12 months and older must have their own ticket.
